It's as simple as putting on these shoes and starting your run. Slip the Nike+ sensor into the pocket under the sockliner, and the sensor measures your distance, pace, time elapsed and calories burned. This information is transmitted wirelessly to a receiver on your iPod nano for real-time audio feedback while you listen to your favorite workout music. Open and breathable mesh upper combined with strategically placed synthetic to provide a breathable and conforming fit. Pebax® cage surrounds and supports the Air-Sole® unit that is constructed to provide the most heel cushioning from an Air Max® unit. BRS 1000™ carbon rubber and Waffle Fill™ combine with the bareflex outsole pattern for a flexible, smooth and durable ride.
