Originally launched in 2000, the Nike Shox design features columns in the heel made from the same rubber as used as shock absorbers for Formular 1 car engines. This is the leather and mesh white/metallic silver/glacier blue Shox Whirl women's version which has 2 rather than the usual 4 shox columns.
